Beer cafe, based on the concept of a library, takes its inspiration form old dungeons where where books are showcased as treasures from the past. From a life that is is moving fast into an online world, books have become a redundant commodity today. This cafe is here to reignite the love of reading a book again in its physical form as a cross function restaurant.

With two sprawling terraces and an enclosed space, that together form a single unitary space inter flowing into each other, completely connected but yet so distinct in characters. Adda is space for highway travelers to take a break from the long journeys and enjoy some food and fresh beer.

Unconventional use of recycled wooden pallets for the interior decor is the highlight of this restaurant. It portrays the design philosophy of repetition of a module to generate patterns and textures. Grey tone of raw concrete finish on walls and floor complement the wood on vertical planes and ceiling. Designers have used the blend of raw materials and contemporary straight lines that gives it an international look and attract clientele around world
Continue readingThe Larry Perkins Trophy for Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix is a unique trophy that celebrates the engineering contributions that Formula 1 and Touring Cars driver Larry Perkins has made to motorsport. The Design consists of Carbon Fibre unibody that is generated in VR with five spoke design as a algorithmic generative structure fabricated with Titanium 3d printing. The outer rim of trophy contains 20 winning drivers nameplates that mimic rear race car defusers, these are also 3d printed in titanium.
Continue readingThis is the first exhibition hall with the theme of missions and missionaries in Mainland China. It is also a historical testimony of the missionaries of the China Inland Mission in the past 150 years. The memorial hall is located in a separate clock tower of a church. Its net floor area is less than 6000 square feet. In order to overcome the limitation in space, the memorial hall has adopted white tones and oak in its design. White gives people a feeling of tranquility and solemnity, and can visually extend the sense of space.

The design brief of expo was to showcase an affluent east of Hong Kong meets west culture. Classical modern influenced architecture was used to create an upmarket boutique shopping experience. This was intermixed with curated products and video content to position Hong Kong as the lifestyle trend setter of Hong Kong.
