Gateway To Future

Gateway To Future is an eye-catching outdoor exhibition that facilitates physical and virtual experiences to interweave for creating immersive experiences. The entire exhibition was designed in an intriguing, interactive, and easy-understanding manner for displaying the most outstanding developments of the sea, land, and air transport infrastructures, making Hong Kong a world city of Asia. The team pondered on the idea of integrating factual information and gaming elements to develop a hybrid chess board game built with bespoke online mobile games for visitors to play and experience.

In the night, there is light to guide the way forward, just like the water of the river of love keeps flowing forward. Light can heal, light can inspire, light can create, and finally leave the most beautiful city scene.

Traveling in Virtual Space

The cover design of these elementary school textbooks provides an opportunity for experience-based learning through an indirect journey into the space depicted on the cover. The design features an illustration that spans from the front to the back cover to convey the concept of space. By enabling students to experience a virtual space through the use of augmented reality (AR) technology, the design encourages three-dimensional thinking and imagination Students can explore and interact with the illustrated space, creating a more engaging and interactive learning experience.

Centrestage 2022

Asia's premier fashion event Centrestage was held from 9 - 11 Sep 2022. The extravaganza brought together more than 240 fashion brands from 15 countries and regions, offering visitors a trip through numerous phygital experiences, including visits to the metaverse. A number of different interactive experiences were featured at the fairground. The Centreverse, jointly developed by Microsoft AltspaceVR and Mirum, where visitors can create their own fashion avatars and interact with others in a virtual world.

In Chenglong Village, over-extraction of groundwater has resulted in land subsidence and seawater intrusion in farmlands. The government brought public attention to environmental issues through environmental art and artistic activities, thus boosting the local economy and turning the place into a sustainable art village with ecological conservation and artistic and cultural roots.

A Garden for All

This project is an educational project. It was an assignment on Typography Design given to tertiary education students from the School of Art, Design and Media, NTU, Singapore. The assignment was for each student to design Drop Caps as a font family. The outcome was multiple font families created by students and inspired on the flora, fauna, and unique features of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. From this, the best Drop Caps were printed in the book A Garden For All, published by the editorial Epigram Books in Singapore.
