DHAWA Jinan Daming Lake

Dhawa Jinan Daming Lake is a resort hotel created within the former Jiangxi Guild Hall, built in the eighteenth century. The protected historical buildings were conserved and adapted for modern hospitality use. Traditional elements were studied and reinterpreted through new compositions, materials and textures. The hotel has a design area of about 16200 square meters and offers 99 guest rooms with bathrooms, bars, a spa, restaurants and conference rooms. A glass staircase with a grid glass ceiling brings daylight into the lobby and links the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Recall Of The Universe

The immersive exhibition of the universe space, requested by the client Bilibili, was created within the famous large shopping center, Xi'an Gpark. An inverted high-hanging crystal city reflection was displayed by irregular LED screens, which created an eye-catching space accelerator. The original Water Curtain Square has been transformed into a giant space elevator. There were also amazing Planetary Gate and Civilization Gate. A mobile navigation system, interactive projection, artificial intelligence, AR, neon light, etc., were used to create an immersive experience for visitors.

Chun Jiang Hua Yue Ye

Chun Jiang Hua Yue Ye is a Chinese poem, which means that a spring night is calm on the river, a bright moon hangs in the sky, and the fragrance of flowers floats. Inspired by Chinese poems, three poems are used to name different chapters and scenes, full of oriental artistic conception. The immersive experience is not only CJHYY, but also different poetic moods such as Full Ship Star River and Peach and Plum Spring Breeze, each scene switching is 360-degree subversive, so that participants can experience different poetic and picturesque.

Fairy Tale Travel

Fairy Tale Travel is a series of textbooks designed for elementary school students in Korea. The books use a fairy tale concept to give consistency to the whole series and to make learning enjoyable. Character guides appear in each textbook and lead students through the lessons. Warm colours, hand drawn illustrations, soft typography and curved shapes create a friendly look. Each grade and semester has a different main colour, so materials are easy to find. The covers use holographic printing, and antimicrobial film coating and ink are applied for safer use.

History Flows as One

History Flows As One is a high school Korean history textbook. The design is divided into two books, the first showing daily life in the past and the second showing the present. Each cover presents a figure from a different era walking toward the other, while a dog links the two scenes. Placed side by side, the two covers form one complete illustration. Parts of the artwork are finished with gilding. Each book measures 220 by 280 by 6 millimeters. The intent is to present history as one continuous story.
